NOT SURE IF THE RELAY OR THE TRIM MOTOR IS BAD? REMOVE THE WIRES FOR THE TRIM RELAY FROM RUN THE TRIM MOTOR DIRECTLY OFF OF BATTERY. IF IT TRIMS UP AND DOWN THE RELAY IS MOST LIKELY BAD
